The owner, Phillip, was quick to respond and thoroughly answered all of my questions in the weeks leading up to the project. Their pricing was fair and competitive and he included a 25 year transferrable warranty with the new roof (other contractors offered non transferrable 6-10 year warranties). There was some initial miss-communication about including a skylight installation in the project and he assumed it was a replacement rather than new installation, but he honored his original quote and included the installation at no additional cost. His team promptly returned to repair a leak in one of the skylights a few weeks later and everything has been leak-free since. Overall very good experience and would recommend him to others needing full roofreplacements.

Choosing a company to work on your home can be a daunting task. After several quotes and interviews with other companies, I chose The Home Doctor. I met and spoke with Quintas to go over all the work to be done. He was patient as we explored all the options.
I am very pleased with the work that was completed. Quintas was very responsive to all my questions before and as the work was being completed. The crew was exceptional. They arrived on time, worked hard and completed the job ahead of schedule. The job was to have taken 2 days, but was finished in 1.
My repairs included replacing rather than repairing my existing roof on the rear addition to the main house, replacing gutters with new gutters with leaf guards, replacing fascia, trim, and replacing my attic vent (damaged by squirrels) with a new vent which was custom built on site.
The crew cleaned up everything and even did me a favor and dislodged debris from under my solar panels.
Again, I am highly pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Home Doctors

I hired them through Thumbtack. They were phenomenal. Daniella was an exceptional, down to business kind of saleswoman. She gave me the information I needed to know, and didn't drag out the sales pitch. She let me talk through it with my wife after she left, and reach back out to finalize the deal. The installation was smooth, and the small things that went wrong, (forgot a screen, small Crack in one of the windows panes) were corrected very quickly. No complaints at all with them, THD was fantastic.
