Marlon is a fantastic tile installer. I am a GC and used Marlon for a number of years on very high end homes. In addition to being a skilled craftsman, Marlon is a good guy….its hard to find a better combination of skill, professionalism, and honesty in the industry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a conversation to understand your vision, needs, and budget. From there, we’ll schedule a time to assess the space, discuss options, and provide a detailed quote. Once we’re aligned, we’ll set a timeline and get to work, keeping you informed every step of the way to ensure the final result is exactly what you imagined—or better!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve got over 15 years of hands-on experience installing tile, and when you combine that with the 40 years of experience my brother and I share, it’s safe to say we’ve seen and done it all. Over the years, we’ve worked with all kinds of materials, designs, and techniques, constantly learning and perfecting our craft. Our training comes from real-world projects, and every job has taught us how to deliver exceptional results.
