I hired 2X Momentum to design a new website for me as an independent author and I am beyond pleased with the final product and 2X Momentum's customer service. I interacted specifically with Rosemary and Shannon, both of whom were incredibly professional and responsive. From our first meeting, Rosemary and Shannon listened attentively to my vision for the website, asked relevant questions and provided me with a draft website that was very close to my original concept. They were organized and regularly sent me checklists of items I needed to complete in order to meet the deadline I had given them. Additionally, they offered suggestions and creative solutions in order for me to receive the best value and they updated the draft website with any changes or modifications I requested. As an independent author and new business owner, my budget for a web designer was not large but 2X Momentum was able to provide outstanding value within my budget. We were searching for an effective understanding web designer for years having last had a terrible experience with a well known national company. 2X not only did an excellent job with our web redesign and migration, but they have done an extraordinary job marketing, with technical support, and just being there for us. They migrated our business email from Yahoo to Gsuite, effectively handling one obstacle after another at all hours of the day and night. We create custom plans to achieve your growth goals. Our pricing proposals include our fees along with our recommendations for ad spend. We can also break the project up into phases so that your business can grow and benefit from each stage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free 30-minute consultation to all new clients. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and start brainstorming about which marketing channels and positioning would best suit the the client needs and get an idea of how we work and what we can offer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has combined experience of more than 40 years in marketing and business development. We have worked with all kinds of clients in a diverse group of industries. Our team has created and managed multiple digital marketing accounts in addition to creating mailed campaigns in quantities of tens of thousands.
