Instant response and then quite quick removal and replacement of three 10" x 10" thermal panels installed in the upper 9 over 9 double hung sash windows in the Historic District . The mullions had to be seamlessly replaced, and were. The spring side tracks in all our windows also needed to be rebalanced and cleared of over painting and now work as easily as they probably did when installed.

They came in very quickly for free estimate and gave reasonable quote. After we hired them, they asked for half of the quote as deposit. All sounded good so far. They needed order a few parts, then after one-month waiting and many times of call, finally they said they received the order, and they were ready to install for us. But they cannot finish the work as they promised. They didn't fix our windows. But they still asked for the full payment. It's ridiculous. Don't try them unless you don't care if they leave your windows after you pay them.
