We were very impressive with the cleaning job that was completed. We needed a move out clean and we were accommodated right away. I really appreciate the hard work that was done by Radiant Home Cleaning. We will definitely use this cleaning service in the future.

I highly recommend Chelsey and Radiant Home Cleaners. My house was a disaster. I'm a terrible housekeeper, and some health issues had made cleaning even harder. Chelsey was kind, not judgemental, and willing to tackle the job. And she has done an excellent job; my house is cleaner than its been since I moved in. It's so nice to be in a neat and clean environment and I was just too overwhelmed to do it myself. Chelsey has worked very hard, and the results are wonderful. She cleaned things that it didn't even occur to me to clean. And she has been nothing but friendly, flexible, and responsive. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs their house cleaned.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-We have a starting price for each of our cleaning services: Standard ($90) | Deep Clean ($125) | Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning ($150).
-We offer a $20 discount for individuals or anyone living in the home who are active in the military, a veteran, single parent or disabled.
-We provide clients with a Radiant Cleaning Discount coupon of 20% off for those who leave us a review on Google, our website, or any other platforms. We also provide a 25% off coupon for those who refer us to another client!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new client has received a quote for a cleaning service, I always direct them to our website to fill out the "New Client Form". This helps us obtain all necessary information. Then they are able to book the service. When we arrive at the client's home, we like to tour the residence to get a feel for the space and where we should start (if the client does not have a preference). Once we are completed with the cleaning, we ask if they would like to take a look around and see if there is anything we missed. Otherwise, we ask them to let us know of any issues and we will return to make it right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned homes for about 7 years. I have worked with 3 different companies and I have gained a lot of knowledge from each one. I worked along side my boss who had a very reputable cleaning business. I also cleaned with other employees, as well as alone.
