My stove broke Charles ordered and installed the part Another part apparently was needed. He ordered it and returned charging me for only one visit. Very fair! We will call him again for applaiance repair.

Replaced two porch lights with remote control ceiling fans. The work was made more challenging and time consuming by tight space constraints. Charles asked all the right questions when we scheduled the job and came prepared with the right tools and mounting brackets. Despite the challenges Charles always demonstrated a well-focused, patient and professional demeanor. The work was very reasonably priced and of excellent quality. Will definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I perfer flat, turnkey pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate will my customers using their preferred method. I am flexible. Most of the time with a few questions I can give a ball park estimate of the project to save time for both parties. Once we arrive a firm price is set and agreed to and we get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of CATEC maintenance mechanic training. Electrical, plumbing carpentry, and HVAC. 18 years of maintenance experience. 15 years of that being a supervisor.
