Introduction: Garbage Grabbers is a veteran owned and operated business established by Chadwick M. Desseyn in 2019. The business was originally a class project designed by Chad while attending Liberty University Graduate School. Once the company was up and running Chad decided he would lay the business's foundation with a solid work ethic learned through his time in United States Marine Corps an National Guard. As Garbage Grabbers began growing Chad became dedicated to always finding a way to say yes to customers, which has set the business apart from many others. While placing both service and influence first, Chad plans for Garbage Grabbers to infiltrate the local waste management & removal services industry with new innovations and practices as his customer volume grows.

I inquired about Garbage Grabbers to help me clean out my mom's house. As soon as I inquired I had someone contact me promptly with a reasonable quote. I chose them because they are a veteran owned and operated company and they are also family owned! Chad showed up and did an amazing job - he went above and beyond what was asked during the job. He even made a call to a realtor friend that could help me get the house sold quickly! He and his team were awesome, working into the night to make sure the job was done quickly! I called for removal of mixed household materials. Very easy to set up a time and the person who completed the work was right on time and very efficient. I highly recommend this company for trash or junk removal.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off volume, and the labor is free. Returning customers get a 10% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set appointments via telephone and do same day or next day estimates. Jobs are usually completed minutes after the final estimate is given.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Business Administration, class “A” commercial drivers license, and a class “A” contractors license. I’m also CPR/first aid certified and have extensive OSHA, FEMA, construction, and industrial safety training.
