- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge Standard hourly rate for individual sessions, but I charge at discounted rate for packages consisting of several coaching sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Have initial conversation to see if we are a fit for each other -Then establish an agreement outlining focus areas of coaching, understanding of what coaching is and is not, and how coaching can benefit the client -Agree on initial coaching engagement length of time and price. -Client Provides answers to initial questionnaire to help facilitate initial coaching session -Begin coaching sessions
