Teddy not only cleaned and tested the system but also patiently demonstrated all its functions. His extensive knowledge of my fireplace system was evident, and he even removed the outdated black screen, instantly modernizing the fireplace's appearance. Teddy's commitment didn't end there; he followed up the next day to ensure everything was running smoothly and to address any additional questions I might have had. Teddy's exceptional customer service is a rarity, and I haven't experienced this level of dedication in decades. I'm impressed and grateful for the amazing service he provided. Although Rockstar said they called and texted I only got one email after I contacted them 3 hours late if they were coming. Note our appointment was verified through Thumbtack beforehand They asked me to call them after I asked if they were coming and I left a voicemail since no answer. Another hour and a half later nothing. Eventually we finally figured out that my iPhone was blocking Rockstar’s number and I did not know that. After figuring this out Rockstar had, in fact, called me to confirm and did reach out numerous times trying to contact me. Rockstar even contacted me again to set up another appointment to repair my gas fireplace. Teddy the owner was very understanding and polite and helpful and I am looking forward to meeting and working with him soon.

Teddy has been great to work with. He has helped bring our vision to life and made our outdoor space into something very beautiful with the addition of a stone fireplace.
