I hired Franklin to replace a few shingles that had blown off during a recent windstorm. When he arrived, I asked if he could also walk the entire roof to check for any additional storm damage. I had posted my request on Thumbtack on 4/9, and Franklin scheduled me for Saturday, 4/11 at 8 AM. He showed up right on time, just before 8. From the moment I met him, I was impressed by his personality, professionalism, and positive attitude. After getting on the roof, he took detailed photos of the wind damage as well as several issues caused by poor workmanship from the original builder (my home was built in 2019). He came down and walked me through every photo, explaining what each issue meant, the potential problems if left unaddressed, and exactly how he planned to fix them. He then went to Home Depot to pick up the materials he needed, returned promptly, and got straight to work. He documented all the repairs with photos, which I really appreciated. Toward the end, I mentioned a gutter that needed adjusting and told him he could come back another time if he was interested. Instead, he took care of it right then and there. Franklin is clearly someone who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making homeowners feel confident and taken care of. His pricing is more than fair, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. Thank you, Franklin — I highly recommend him and will absolutely hire him again.

Franklin did cleaning, repair and rerouting of my gutters. He was very personable and professional. He discussed all the issues (including the ones I didn’t know I had), he was punctual and got right to work. The quality of his work was above my expectations. This was great service for a reasonable price. I would recommend him highly and will definitely have him come back for any future issues.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Franklin provided excellent service! He arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently—he had my new hip adductor put together in about 20 minutes.
