Franklin has been outstanding - quick response, on time, great work and personable. We are pleased with everything he has done and would highly recommend. Power washed our home and two decks along with sealing them. He hung drywall in three rooms, built shelves in the bathroom, replaced a ceiling fan, replaced outdoor light and built a beautiful small door. Would definitely reach back out to him for future work.

Easy 5 stars. The job was recaulking most of the windows and doors on a stucco house, including dormers on the roof. Stucco presents challenges that led a professional painter to turn down the job. Franklin took the time needed to do the job right. In addition to delivering a first-class result, he was very responsive and adaptable to the needs and complications that arose, like difficult access locations and uncooperative weather. Franklin was a pleasure to work with. I will be hiring him again in the spring to repair some roof degradation he discovered while working on the dormers, which otherwise would have gone unnoticed until it leaked and caused expensive damage.

Franklin did a great job on our gutters and roof problem which was causing a small leak down to the front door. He arrived well on time for the job and immediately went to work. He also did a great job replacing the trim/base board of our front door. Once he was done, he thoroughly cleaned up the areas and left no mess behind. The thing that makes Franklin unique is he analyzes the problem using his 25 years of experience and will give you different options for the repair(s); one where you spend a little more for best long term solution and one that will save you money but shorter “shelf life”. He doesnt force anything on you but will tell you if something is not sufficient or if something is not necessary. I would recommend him and will hire him again for sure.

I went on thumbtack this morning looking for someone to install a screen door. Within the hour I got a response and was able to set up same day installation. He let me know when he was arriving, asked questions about placement and showed me how to adjust the door if needed. Already recommended him to my brother. So happy with everything! Thanks!
