Update:
The owner finally reached out. Life happens and through extenuating circumstances the cleaner was late and the owner was otherwise engaged and was unable to communicate with me. They were very apologetic and called to explain what happened.
The move out cleaning was thorough and very well done. Overall I am pleased with how everything turned out.
Org: My appointment was for 8am and 2 hours later, cleaners have still not arrived.
No one from the company reached out to inform me of a delay and after multiple attempts at contacting them I have still not gotten a response.

Jennifer was early to the appointment. She discussed want we wanted worked on and described in detail her approach. We absolutely agreed. She was very diligent including engaging with our dog and cat. This was great because we didn’t have to lock them up or leave them outside. I rebooked her immediately!
