Grant was so understanding and worked with me throughout our miscommunication. The house cleaners came in for a move out cleaning. Rectified their mishaps and did beyond what I expected . I appreciate them, they did a great job. Definitely worth doing business with. Grant is a gem and prices are reasonable.
North Star Cleaning's reply

I decided to give them a try after receiving a postcard in the mail. Unfortunately, I wasnt impressed with my first cleaning and had some concerns about the job. After the cleaning, Grant, the owner, personally called to check in, and I shared my concerns with him. He offered to have someone come back out to address the issues, which I appreciated, but I declined. I decided to give them another try the following week with a different cleaner, and Im so glad I did!The second cleaning was fantastic. She did an amazing job and has such great attention to detail. I was very happy with the results and now have her come out weekly.Im also very pleased with Grant and his customer service. He personally checks in with me after each cleaning to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Its clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make things right.Im very happy I gave them a second chance and would definitely recommend them!
