Great service by Tim today!! Our A/C has been having issues all summer and we've been trying to work with Choice Warranty Company but haven't been taken care of very well, so we decided to find a bigger company locally on our own and our neighbors recommended Robert B Payne... Thank God! Everything is up and running, we have a great service plan, the technician was great, prompt, and knowledgeable and the turnaround was so fast! Very Happy we called!!!

Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. He serviced our boiler & checked it for a leak. He answered all our questions & said to call if we have any other questions or concerns! We had a problem with the air conditioning, which he checked & found it needed a new capacitor. We are set for cooling & heat now! Thank you so much. We will definitely be calling Robert B Payne in the future! Great service!
