What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50/hr and time starts when I arrive. Please do send me some pictures of the area so I can get a feel for what will be needed in terms of materials. My services include item removal for donation to charities or trash.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to work with the customer to determine what to keep, what system works for them and to reuse as much as I can for storage. I do not judge and want to make this as painless as possible!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been organizing for years for family and friends and decided in March of 2026 to do it professionally.
