- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent nearly a decade in the wedding and events industry, gaining hands-on experience in planning, logistics, design, and client management. I began my career in 2016 as an intern for a well-established planning company in Virginia, where I trained under seasoned planners and worked my way into full-scale event management. Since then, I’ve planned weddings across Virginia, Washington, D.C., and California—at vineyards, estates, hotels, private properties, churches, and unique venues of every style. I’ve also completed extensive professional development through real-world event work, vendor collaborations, timeline and logistics training, and client communication systems. My background in project management, customer experience, and event operations allows me to bring an organized, calm, and highly detailed approach to every wedding I manage.
