We hired Henco to paint the interior of our new home. Although it was nearly 3 years old the interior had never been painted. We found the estimation of the project accurate, the skill of the painting superior, and their work ethic was excellent (always punctual). After completing the whole house paint job , painter Jimmy demanded payment before we had an opportunity to inspect the whole house paint job or do a walk through. We paid him the following day but he was not happy . Then Jimmy said he would come back after the job-site was cleared out to do a reasonable touch up and that it was included in our price . We had talked beforehand, you had let me know that the work looked satisfactory and you were happy with it before I requested payment. I'm also sorry to hear that you felt like it was hard to get ahold of us. We'll be sure to increase how often we're checking our messages to make sure all our customers feel like they're able to reach us when they need to.
