Kelly is amazing! My dog does not like to be groomed and prior to finding Kelly our only option was to fully sedate her and shave her once a year. I explained this to Kelly and asked that she come to meet my dog. She stopped by and my dog quickly came up to her and let Kelly pet her and even licked her a few times. Kelly was able to bathe, dry, and give her the cutest cut. I was astonished that she was able to groom my dog. I thought my only resort to grooming my dog was to take her to the vet to be sedated. Not anymore! Kelly is a miracle worker and she is officially the only person who will groom my dog.

What a wonderful experience. We will definitely be using Lots O Paws for our grooming from now on. I send our two dogs-- a finnicky shih tzu and hyper cockapoo for grooming and they had a great experience. It had been over 6 months since their last grooming and they came back looking so sleek! All the mattes were gone and they actually looked happy.

Usually when they come back from the groomers they look traumatized and are extremely thirsty. Not with Lots O Paws! They looked like they had just come back from a great walk.

I got updates as to how they were doing and was pleased to realize that she does not rush the dogs and takes time to cuddle with them and keep them comfortable. In addition they were not locked away in crates but hanging around the house as if it was their own home.

Five stars all around for ease of scheduling, availability, grooming, customer service and overall a great experience.

This was my first experience with Kelly. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more caring groomer. I have two Shih Tzu's who both needed a complete grooming. She was kind and loving to them both. When I picked them up, they were beautiful and happy. So glad I found Kelly.....I will definitely be keeping her busy!!!
