- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently giving discounts from 25-50% of what a normal company would quote until I build a larger clientele base. It’s important for me to get my workmanship out in front of as many people as possible until I have a strong returning client and referral network.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answering all questions as thoroughly and truthfully as possible. Making sure we are on the same page throughout the phase of the first project no matter how big or small. Everyone is different and misunderstandings are bound to happen so it’s important to get back on track immediately after a confusion. I want my customer to trust me 100%, feel comfortable around me, and appreciate my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the construction/trades industry every day is an opportunity to learn something new. We have to be disciplined enough and have the desire to take advantage of those opportunities or otherwise we fell asleep in class. That being said I hold a fifteen year degree.
