Chad was very thorough and knowledgeable in assessing the problem with my refrigerator. I appreciate the time he took to figure out what was wrong. Also, he was very considerate as he wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the dust and dirt that had accumulated behind the refrigerator. I would definitely call again to have him take a look at any problems I may have in the future with my appliances. I’m sorry.
