Gary was awesome. He answered the call immediately and made an appointment, I requested a change because my refrigerate went out and he accommodated my request early. He was on time, professional and fixed my refrig in an hour. He does AC, heating, refrig, washer and dryer, ovens all types disposal, microwave ice makers freezers dishwasher water heater and many more. Rating is OUTSTANDING! I called late one evening (around 7:45 PM) about a problem with refrigerator. Gary gave me some DIY options and said if they don't work, call him back and he would help. Very generous considering he makes no money giving out free repair advice (like clean you condenser coils). My coils did need cleaning but my compressor had already overheated and fried my relay switch.I called Gary back the next morning and he said he would get there as soon as he could. It took a few hours....because he drove 2-hours to get a switch from his supplier. Even through he had a couple jobs ahead of me, my fridge was back in action by 1 pm. That was over a week ago and the fridge has been running like new ever since. While Gary was here, he showed me some DIY tips to prevent problems with some of my other appliances...again, no charge.I don't know about people complaining about him being rude and yelling at them. I'm pretty sure these are probably the same people that I am yelling at EVERY FREAK'N DAY because they can't put down their cell phone and pay attention to how badly they're driving and how it affects everyone around them. How hard is it to pull out into the intersection when making a left turn? It takes two people to argue so if you're involved, you own part of the responsibility. My motto is, just treat people with respect and they'll reciprocate.I like this guy. He's honest, he generous, he's friendly. If you talk to him, you'll find out that this guy knows how to fix stuff instead of just replacing parts. If you're smart enough to ask him for advice, you'll discover that "new is not always better." This is an old school repair guy and people like him are getting harder to find. Gary is the first person I will call if I need appliance repair assistance in the future. Give him a call.And for the love of God, turn off your cell phone when you drive.

Nova has twice fixed my problematic GE refrigerator. Both times they were easy very responsive and easy to schedule a convenient time for the work to be done. They showed up as scheduled and called to confirm arrival times. The team is polite and clearly good at their jobs.I will certainly call them again for any appliance repairs.
