The crew was great. The arrived on time, were extremely professional and polite, and did an excellent job on our carpets. We received an excellent price for carpetcleaning in 6 rooms, stairs, and a chair (they cleaned the ottoman for the chair at no additional cost!). I would highly recommend.

Max did an amazing job on our carpets! Stains that had been there for years vanished! He arrived on time, actually early even! He was professional and put 100% effort into getting our carpetscleaned. Max had quoted me an extremely great price on the job.... I told him to use his judgement and clean anything else he felt needed to be done .... He did almost two extra rooms and only increased his rates by $20. I have already passed his information along to my real estate rep and three friends!

Prior to finding and hiring Max on Thumbtack, I had hired two other rug cleaning services to clean my area rugs and stair runner. Neither of those services even came close to doing the job that Max and his associate did on our rugs. We had black heel marks on the rugs that the other services claimed they could not remove without taking a chance on damaging the rugs. Well, Max not only cleaned up the heel marks without damaging the rugs, he made the rugs look as good, even better, than the day we bought them brand new. Max is an outstanding rug cleaning professional who really knows his trade and takes great pride in a job well done. Thank you, Max, and we will hire you again in a heartbeat for our next rug or carpetcleaning project.

Max and Piero did an amazing job cleaning our carpet! They were able to remove stains I thought were hopeless. They were punctual, efficient and extremely professional. The pricing was more than fair and our carpets dried very quickly despite them having to use more water than they usually do to get some really tough stains up. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing carpetcleaning!

We hired Max Soriano and his company JM Professional Building Services for office carpetcleaning job (7200 sq. feet office space). We didnt put much hope into the success, because our carpets were really dirty and had significant stains from coffee and food, as we serve our team weekly lunches. Our team and I were all pleasantly surprised by the result. Carpets are clean, bright and stains disappeared.
From the first visit for inspection and free proposal, the communication was very smooth, Max made sure we received all the required insurance information and paperwork on time. They gave us clear instructions how to prepare our office space and overview on the technology that will be used. Team of technicians arrived early so we were able to coordinate everything ahead of time. Max emailed me before and after photos right after the project was completed, so I was able to see the result promptly.
What I appreciated very much was his follow up. Max came back right away, after I called to ask him about few lighter spots that appeared on the carpets during the drying process. He worked on the issues personally and made sure that everything turned out to be perfect. They do take pride in job well done.
We will continue working with his company and I dont hesitate to recommend their services to others.
