- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate for the diagnostic and a flat rate for the repairs, so you know how much it is before starting the work. If you sign up for our Maintenance program you receive a 15% discount on the repairs and Two Maintenance checks a year.
