Recently, I started a new job and was looking for a computer to fit all of my wants and needs. All of the computers in the store are over priced and cheaply made. I then decided to have a custom computer built for me. I started asking around and someone recommended PC Salvage. After I contacted Rick and set up an appointment, he was very helpful and attentive to all my needs. He showed me how to work everything while being very knowledgeable about all the products. I also had questions about what Internet provider to choose and what to do about a router. I ended up choosing Verizon Fios and buying my own personal router, best decision I ever made! The routers they provide are way over priced and you can't customize any of your settings. He set everything up for me and showed me how to use everything. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I will be going back for any future computer and internet related issues!

I had a few viruses on my new'ish laptop and had some speed issues. Rick was referred to me by another coworker and I called him on a Saturday night. He came over on Sunday morning and in about 2 hours, he had my computer running like the day I bought it! 5*s!

Rick assisted with a nasty driver conflict I was having with my graphics card. I live in Toronto, so he was able to connect to my laptop over the internet and take control of my screen. -- NEVER seen anyone do this before! He resolved the issue within the hour and charged me a reasonable price.

Rick opened up my defective laptop and homed in on the problem by tearing the laptop down, rebuilding it and finding out many defects in building and repairing this ASUS Laptop. Finally, a good second opinion. I will ask Rick for his services and recommend him to my friends. Any PC or laptop I buy I will give it to him in the original packaging to tear down and see any defects. I do not trust vendors anymore after my ASUS Laptop ROG G750JW-DB71.
