George was fantastic to work with! He was available to do the job quickly, communicated well before the service visit, arrived onb time, listened and worked with me to discuss options to accomplish what I was hoping for (installing a new outlet with minimal wall damage to a specific area). The job turned out to be more complicated than either of us initially thought - due to some of the existing wiring not being set up right - but he was able to provide an alternative solution by relocating the outlet installation to my next choice location. In doing this, he also noticed that the existing box he would be connecting it to was not grounded correctly and needed updating which he completed without added cost for safety. Very grateful for his professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail.

We called SparkWise because we needed to have a hot tub wired up after ordering it from a local company. I had an initial call with Max, who spent a fair amount of time helping us over video identify the right location to place the tub so that it would meet all of the local codes (something the Hot Tub company was completely unaware of for some reason). Max was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make sure that it would be perfect for our use.
The tub was delivered on Thursday and George came out on Friday to hook it up. He arrived shortly before 10am, when he was scheduled to arrive and we walked around the property to find the right way to run the wiring from the breaker box to the backyard. It was blistering cold and George spent all day working on this project. He was supposed to have someone come in the afternoon to give him a hand, but that person had a family emergency and was unable to come -- so George was on his own.
It was getting late and despite suggesting that he didn't need to stay and could come back tomorrow, George insisted that he wanted to stay until the job was finished as he was troubleshooting an issue on the last step. I bought a pizza and shared it with George, which gave him some time to warm up and finish the project.
He ended up wrapping up just around 930pm, committing nearly 12 hours to help get our hot tub up-and-running because he said "I know if I got a hot tub delivered, I'd want it working ASAP, so I want that for you."
All-in-all, I'm really happy with the experience and the dedication that both Max and George offered to help get our hot tub working.

We try to be reasonable and fair with our pricing, giving a good quote while keeping high quality that represents a good “value” for our customers on the long term. Labor discounts are available most of the times. Please ask when you call us!

It depends on the nature of the customer’s project. For simple projects we can provide a quick quote. For more complex projects; we need to schedule a service call to carefully and accurately price the job.
