I reached out to Marian from Precise Remodeling on a Pocket door and Flooring. He came out and gave me a very reasonable cost for both. He walked me through the process and provided recommendations. We decided to go with another company for flooring due to the cost was a little more competitive. Marian wad bummed but still honored the price for Pocket Door. He rearranged his schedule and came the following day with his crew. As it turned out after measuring more closely, a pocket door wouldnt have been achievable. He explained other alternatives for future and how the floors should be installed. Since we couldnt come to an agreement of what we wanted with that space, Marian left without charging me for his time and employees time. He even helped me bring up all the floors that was left downstairs by delivery team. It was over 50 boxes and climbed two flights of stairs. Marian then said if I dont want to pay him I dont need to. He left the decision up to me. Its rare to find such an honest company like this. I definetly recommend Precise Remodeling for any future work

The quality of our work is guaranteed. Our prices are upfront, and the customer knows exactly what to expect before the project begin. The cost of the project is fixed and doesn't change unless the owner would like to add extra tasks that weren't included initially. No hiding fees and no price changes trough out the process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduled a site visit according to customer convenience.
During the site visit the project characteristics and details will be discussed. All the necessary measurements will be recorded.
After the project assessment will be completed and all the details are discussed, then will provide a cost estimate of the project.
