Florencio and his team did a great job of painting the interior of our new townhome. We had a tight timeframe to get the painting done and Florencio was able to achieve this in the set timeframe specified. We wanted to paint each room and level a different color and this was do as per our specifications. Several things impressed my husband and me about Florencio’s business etiquette and professionalism. Firstly, Florencio was proactive in his request and was the only painter who took the initiative to visit the model home to see what it looked like so he could provide a fair quote. You see our old residence was 1.5hrs away from our new townhome, so commuting all the way to just get a quote would have been tough. We had planned to see some painters during the weekend but everyone was either dictating when “they” were available rather than being flexible. Florencio went to see the model home on a Thursday I believe. This immediately won Florencio the job and they started on Monday finished Thursday has planned. Mind you this is a 2500sq home with different paint colors in most rooms so to me this was done quickly. Secondly, a week after the walkthrough we noticed that a few spots were missed/not done to our satisfaction and informed Florencio for feedback purposes. Florencio immediately arranged to have his team come back to fix everything. They were even kind enough to fix some scuffs the movers had left which wasn’t their responsibility. Needless to say, Florencio and his team really went above and beyond! We will definitely recommend Florencio to others and will be using him again for other jobs he is able to do for us!

Florencio and his team were great to work with. He’s very fair with his pricing and knowledgeable with certain products and types of paint. We are selling the house he painted but we would definitely use him again if our new house needs interior painting.

I contacted Professional Touch to paint the interior of a new house we were moving into. The team with their manager Florencio did an excellent job. The painted all the rooms in a timely manner, their finishing was excellent and they cleaned up afterwards. They also provided advice and suggestions on colors and type of paints to use. In addition the manager sent a team up to NJ to paint the house we had just moved out of to prepare it for sale. They were very professional arrived on time and always cleaned up before they left. I am very pleased with the job they did and will definitely use them again.
