I had Mike replace the railing on my balcony and also repaint the balcony. After he was done I was very impressed on how good it looked, the new railing and color had my balcony looking amazing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the current cost of materials and labor. We offer a 10% discount to seniors, military, 1st responders, healthcare workers and anyone that can prove they are an American Hero!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, contact is made with the customer and an estimate is scheduled. At the scheduled time, the customer defines the work to be completed, and I physically examine the property. I will investigate material pricing and draw up an estimate. After the estimate is complete it is presented to the customer in the form of a proposal. If the customer agrees to the price, a date is set to commence work on the project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out working for a company and dreamt of one day being my own boss. After learning and working for several years I decided I was more than capable of starting and running my own business. So, I set out to do that! And over the past 30 years I have been very successful in doing what started out as a dream!
