We gave brief instructions and sent a photo for the landscaping on the house that we are preparing to sell. We're not living here at the moment and were not there when the landscaper came to the job. When we came later, it was looking much better, but we weren't sure if the work was done, so we contacted them to find out (They also had not requested payment).
What I learned is that the landscaper just needed a bit more guidance. For example, he didn't take the surplus stones away because he has been told in the past that people just wanted to keep all the stones. In our case, we just wanted it to be neat and get rid of what was extra. We had not given him that information. Once we were there with him and gave him more specific guidance, he was all over it. He was cheerful, fast, and thorough! We couldn't be more pleased with the gentleman's work. Thank you!

Great work by the JLP team. I had them do pressure washing of our townhouse siding, as well as concrete stairs and it was great. Communication was easy, and the work was good. Reasonable pricing as well. I ended up having them do another job for me (patio gate replacement; it was good work too!) Jorge was nice and professional, I would hire again. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free onsite estimates for all work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange with the client to do an estimate either while they are away at work or set up a time to meet with the client for the estimate. Our clients are often busy professionals so if the estimate can be done from the outside without having to get in the house (window cleaning, pressure washing, deck stain/seal, landscape cleanup etc.) we can swing by and leave the quote in the front door. The client can call us to schedule when they are ready to do the work.
If the job requires a bit more direction on what the client needs/wants are, or if it requires access to the home, we set up a time for the client to meet with us for the estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our business is a hands on and experience counts on everything we do. We have been in business doing this type of work since 2007.
