What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- A charge of $1 per mile will be applied for any distance exceeding 35 miles. - A fee of $50 will be added for the same day delivery of the photos by midnight. - Any parking fee paid will be added to the invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initially, we will schedule a photoshoot. - Following that, we will provide a photography contract. - After the completion of the photoshoot, we will send a link for you to review the photos. - Once the payment has been processed, we will issue a download PIN for you to access the photos without a watermark.
