- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not all Installers are created equal. And though I may not be the cheapest guy, I'm certainly not the most expensive. And while some may give you their contact number during the job, will they truly be reachable should you have a question or need assistance after the job?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face initially or at least have a quick phone conversation. Once I have a visual of all the nooks & crannies of the space or environment, I can make a more informed analysis or estimate. And I typically don't charge for a first time visit and/or consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All education besides specialty training has been in real world environments. I got my foundation training from working for a couple of years for another av company who did multiple av applications in very high-end homes.
