- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before our first lesson, I like to set-up a free 30-minute consultation with my clients. During this time I interview the student and get to know their personality, as well as their learning preferences, strengths and weaknesses. This helps me to assess the student and ease any discomfort before our first online class.
