DG Foundation & Drainage has 3 tears of encapsulation, I had them install a tier 3 encapsulation. I also found some damaged and rotten Joyce and areas that needed some more support, I’m grateful that they showed it to me and didn’t just cover it up. They ended up replacing the rotten joists and seal plate, installed a few jacks and about 20 foot of triple ply beam which they created and installed on site to help level up some of the floors. The tier 3 encapsulation included dimple board barrier for a base as I had some dampness in the crawlspace but not enough to need a waterproofing system or sump pump, 20 mil reinforced woven vapor barrier, 2 inch insulation on the entire perimeter of my interior walls, a custom entry door, a commercial dehumidifier, designated electrical circuits and discharge lines, they did an awesome job on the install, it’s superior and it just feels and looks pristine. Really happy with the work these guys did and the level of attention to detail. My crawlspace looks amazing and already feels less humid.
