This review was not really fair. Karen and I had many emails and responses and I guess I misunderstood her last one and was waiting until she returned from out of town to contact her. She had told me to let her know Wednesday after she got back when I could come and install her medicine cabinet. I was waiting until Wednesday to respond. I guess should have notified her I received the email but I figured I was just going to contact her when she got back. Not to mention in have been to her house twice and had already tried to install her cabinet but the new one was damaged. I had to reinstall her old one and repackage the new one. I did all this with no charge. I surely wanted the job now to get my losses covered. This does not look like I didn't want the job. One failed email out of dozens and I get a review for a job that I never got to complete. I run a first class business based on great customer service and referrals. Check all my other reviews and you be the judge.
