- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in the process of obtaining my MTA (Microsoft Technical Associate) certification to sharpen my Windows 7 skill set to service my customers better.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
On a regular basis I replace cracked/defective LCD screens, operating system reinstalls, virus removal, and wireless network setups as well as the assembly of numerous items.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The one job that sticks in my mind is simple to me but meant a great deal to the customer. She called me and said that she had broken her flash drive and it had all of her little girls baby pictures on it. She could not find anyone that would even attempt to help her. I have an electronics background and used to build circuit boards years ago so I told her that I would open up the drive an take a look. Long story short, I was able to repair the flash drive and retrieve all of her pictures and files for her and she was incredibly grateful. I could have charged her an arm and a leg but that is not why I am in business.
