- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our standard rate is $35 per hour. For new clients, for the first appointment, we will add up to 30 free minutes if they book at least 60 minutes of paid time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If the client has hired me, I determine exactly what their needs are and tailor our training accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BA in Mathematics from Princeton University, and have recent experience tutoring students in several math subjects. I also have a large body of on-the-job training, particularly in computer-related subjects, that I have received during my Information Technology career.
