Arrived in the scheduled time window despite it being a late afternoon appointment (which tend to get pushed backed), diagnosed a 4-way switch circuit problem (that had perplexed me for days) in just 5 minutes, didn’t upcharge me above the reasonable flat rate despite living in an “mansion” and only charged $10 in parts to replace two 4-way wall switches (the defective one and an optional 30 year old one). He didn’t mind at all when I picked his brain asking about other electrical questions I had, while he was working. He even polished the brass switch covers after the repair.
