I asked for a basic conduit install for a detached garage. Bob offered a reasonable price, spoke about what was needed with intelligence, arrived on time, and installed exactly what was needed without incident. I'll be hiring him again for future household electric needs.

I needed someone on very short notice late on a Friday afternoon to help install a deadbolt and door hardware. I had already removed the old hardware so I was in a bind. Bob finished up his last job for the day and came over at 5 pm. He was very professional and capable. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with.

Bob Livengood did the electrical work for a new screenroom extension to our home and an upgraded patio. He installed a ceiling fan, an outdoor post lamp, indoor and outdoor receptacles, and several light fixtures. The project involved some complicated wiring between legacy and new construction. In working with Bob, I especially appreciated his excellent judgment, clarity in communication, and integrity. We had purchased some fixtures that proved to be defective and had to be returned and replaced, but he stuck with it and did everything needed. I recommend him very enthusiastically

Bob is extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Kept me up to date every step of the way. Glad I found him when I did. Jack of all trades.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Yes, material cost and labor.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we review the request and make suggestions and create a budget . if the cost is not within budget then we re-visit with ideas to help get within the budget or close to it. The next step is usually a contract to insure everyone is on board with what is expected. If everything is covered on the front end then the back end is a success.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, not only are we required by law to complete continuing education we also are always learning new innovations.
