- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies by package and is tailored to the customers needs. The price for services does not include clothing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial phone conversation where we get to know each other a bit and make sure that we are a good fit. From there I email over a style questionaire and we work together on defining the clients goals. I send the client a style blueprint for them to approve, which is a visual representation of how I plan to style them going forward. The client approves and or makes changes before any shopping is done. I meet the client for a closet edit where we organize and edit down the closet into items they love and wear. After determining what items the client needs in order to move forward with their new style, I SHOP! We then meet for a fitting where the client trys on their new looks. After the fitting I handle all returns while the client goes on about their life with a little extra confidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received certification in Hollywood, CA at the School of Style. I also trained as a personal stylist for Nordstrom in Los Angeles, CA. I interned for many celebrity stylists in LA and NY before styling on my own. I also worked under a fashion brand owner in NY and LA, traveling between the two coasts, working with luxury brand owners. I owned my own retail clothing boutique where I would style women in store. I have been working with everyday men and women, styling their wardrobes and editing their closets for over 6 years.
