One Stop Renovation is the way to go. I would recommend Nilson and his team. We interviewed three contractors. All three were sound businesses and good initial meetings, however Nilson provided a competitive bid and we meshed well with his and his partner. One Stop Renovations and his subcontractors completed a remodel of our kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring and painting within 40 days. They were flexible to some changes we made to fixtures selections. I would recommend them to anyone. The following comments are things that I think made our process smothering. - we hauled debris to help offset costs - we checked in most every day to see progress - the house is near a home improvement store for those last minute needs - we handled material costs

We hired Nilson and his team to remodel our kitchen floor to ceiling. They started with removing the old appliances, cabinets, and floor. We were hoping to find hardwood in good condition underneath the vinyl flooring (turned out to be 3 layers!) but they weren't salvageable so his team installed/stained/sealed new hardwoods. They also removed a wall separating the dining room and kitchen so we could add more cabinets and a bar countertop. They ran new/different electrical because we moved appliances around. The had to patch/finish the walls, which wasn't easy because we have plaster. The plan was just for the kitchen but once I removed the wallpaper there were a lot of cracks and damage in the dining room so they did that for us as well. They installed bead board to the ceiling in both the kitchen and dining room. Cabinets with filler pieces and molding. We're talking everything! It took them just under 4 weeks but we had to wait 10 days to get the countertops so I don't doubt they would've been done in 2.5 weeks which is incredible considering the amount of work they did.
Fair warning, they don't paint. Nilson told me that before we hired him and that wasn't a problem for me but just in case you're expected that from them.
My ONLY complaint is the inconsistent time of arrival everyday. I have a 2 year old and 3 dogs so I like to be able to know when to expect a "guest". Depending on which employee was working on my house that day some would show up between 8-9am, others not until 11-12, and a couple days no one showed up until 2pm. I understand that they are working multiple jobs so I wasn't upset by it I would've just preferred that consistency everyday.
We are hoping to hire them to enclose our screened in porch next year and turn it into a closet, laundry room, and half bath. Overall they were an awesome team that really wanted to make sure they did the project exactly like I wanted.

we scheduled a free onsite estimate , and then we sent the proposal. After that, we can start your project or if need we can provide desing services etc..

i been in the construction industry since 2005, and we have been building and doing repairs in homes.
