Hired them to do walk through on a potential home purchase requiring extensive renovations. They showed up on time and had excellent insights. Estimate for the renovations was also really good. I will definitely hire them to complete the renovations if the seller accepts my offer.

The team with One Stop Renovations far exceeded our expectations. They were flexible with time as well as our ever changing scope and plan. Neilson was always on time and his crew was always polite, professional and personable. The craftsmanship was next level and far exceeded expectations. The crew added a bathroom on the top floor as well as enclosed a porch to add a pantry/laundry area. They also redid the kitchen and floors, making this house pretty close to perfect. We could not be any more happy with the result and would recommend Neilson and his team for any job, big or small.

One Stop Renovation is the way to go. I would recommend Nilson and his team. We interviewed three contractors. All three were sound businesses and good initial meetings, however Nilson provided a competitive bid and we meshed well with his and his partner. One Stop Renovations and his subcontractors completed a remodel of our kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring and painting within 40 days. They were flexible to some changes we made to fixtures selections. I would recommend them to anyone.
The following comments are things that I think made our process smothering.
- we hauled debris to help offset costs
- we checked in most every day to see progress
- the house is near a home improvement store for those last minute needs
- we handled material costs

Nilsin was very professional he renovated my kitchen gave me an idea for taking the wall out and putting a island in also. I had other things that I had needed so I added it on and he was gracious enough to do what I asked him to do and was patient with me to get everything accomplished. I recommend him to anyone that’s going to renovate any area of your home. Hey job well done.

we scheduled a free onsite estimate , and then we sent the proposal. After that, we can start your project or if need we can provide desing services etc..
