Brenda’s cleaning service was excellent! They did a great job in my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs/downstairs. They made the beds beautifully, vacuumed, moped, and made sure everything was up to my standards before leaving. They were also very affordable. Would hire again!

The cleaners changed their arrival time two or three times before showing up. They did not have all of their equipment with them and did not fully clean the apartment. They did not clean the toilets in either bathroom, did not remake the bed in the main bedroom. They did not fully clean the floors as well. Very disappointed with the service and the amount of money paid for the appointment.

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our cleaning service. We did our very best; we never bring toilet brushes with us, as that would be highly unsanitary—and it is typically an item we find in every home we clean. I personally asked if you happened to have one at your home...
