Deck or Porch Remodel or Addition

I hired DJ Residential to replace a deck, repair a front porch and fence. David set expectations well by giving me a time frame AND meeting it, starting right about the time I was expecting.
The job was well done. They arrived on time M-F, were very clean organized and kept me apprised of next steps.

Our experience with DJ Residential was great. David really took the time to listen to my concerns, especially with the porch steps. The steps were redesigned to be wider and safer. Robert is a master carpenter and the whole porch, side landing and steps were completed in just one week! Very satisfied with their work, and have already made plans to use this company again. It will look even better when we can stain and paint! Thanks again!

David rebuilt a set of stairs to my back porch and rescreened/reframed the porch. His company did quality work, efficiently and for a good price! I will use them again in the future if I have other projects.
