I will absolutely be using this company again, if ever needed. Being a woman I’m always nervous about hiring companies because of potentially getting overcharged. But this company was very affordable and honest. The owner was relatable and honest about what he would do if he was in my shoes. That way I didn’t end up paying for work to be done that wasn’t needed.
First class operation that appear to be honest and forthright. They also offered a less invasive option than another company I got an estimate from while still allowing for complete drying out of all the affected areas. The technicians we're friendly and competent

Very professional company! I had a shower that leaked through my ceiling and into my closet. They came right out and assessed what needed to happen to get my house dry and mold free. They even recommended a local contractor who helped in the repair of the shower and reconstruction of the ceiling. Excellent pricing.

When I called Restoration 1 it was late at night. However, someone answered the phone quickly, asked a couple of questions and then assured me that they would send someone out immediately. Their guys arrived quickly and got straight to work. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They stayed until all the water was gone and had set up their fans to dry the floors and walls. When it was all done the house was dry and ready to be fixed. I would highly recommend calling Restoration 1!!

Mike and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would. They were friendly and professional with both me and my husband. They stayed until all of the water was gone and the fans were in place drying our house out. I would highly recommend Restoration 1.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two projects are ever the same. We like to visit the property, educate the property owner on what needs to happen to professionally resolve the issue, and then provide a FREE estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers. Our process is very straight forward:
1. On-site visit to evaluate and document the issues.
2. Educate the property owner on our findings.
3. Provide a free and detailed estimate (if necessary).
4. If appropriate, speak with the property owner's insurance provider.
5. Once the estimate has been approved, we work with the property owner to schedule the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our team in the latest water mitigation and mold remediation technologies and techniques. Every project is lead by an IICRC certified (the industry's certifying organization) technician with a certification in Water Damage Restoration and/or Microbial Remediation.
