  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First things first, we have a consultation! I’d like to learn more about you, you learn more about me and we see if we are a good fit. If we are a good fit, I complete measurements/ weigh ins, assessments and paperwork. I start off slow, to ensure that you have proper form, are comfortable (especially for those re-entering the gym or just starting to workout) and then we gradually increase to get to work!!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have several specializations and I am constantly adding to them! I am CPR/ AED Certified and carry insurance.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My fitness journey began in youth, I played multiple sports and conditioned in high school athletics. I’ve undergone intensive surgery and recovery as well as childbirth / c-section. I am so fond of how the body heals! A healthy fitness lifestyle can change your life!
