- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to provide on the spot estimates once we come and assess your home. As every contractor should, we will come to your home and give you a complete estimate & happily introduce ourselves. We charge no hidden fees and offer senior discounts and discounts for all veterans & servicemen/servicewomen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will make contact and set up an appointment to meet you and get to know you better. Once we meet at your home we will determine what services you require and then create a plan of action to get the job done. We will provide you with an electronic and written estimate, and in most cases can sign a contract the very same day! Then we will book you onto our schedule based on both of our availability.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is a highly successful and sought after Residential & Commercial General Contractor whose been in business for over 40 years. Growing up I was taught how to do various things in the construction industry. Including set up a foundation wall, frame a house, shingle a roof, and use a tape measure at an early age. Edgar, our project manager, has 15+ years of working in the roofing industry. With our combined knowledge in the construction world, we are highly knowledgable and able to meet a variety of needs to please our clients.
