Tim came in time as agreed to evaluate and give me an estimate. The cost was very reasonable. No exaggeration of the problems with my roof. His crew showed up when he said they would. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically our estimates are good for 60 days we do offer law enforcement, firefighter and military discounts
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact with our customers we set up a time to come and take a look at the job so that we can give a more accurate quote of the work that needs to be done. We then provide a written estimate. If the customer decides to use our services a contract is forwarded to the customer and a date range is set up for the work to be done weather depending. During the replacement process we personally supervise every job and make a point to stop by frequently to ensure everything is going smoothly. After the job is complete we inspect the job to ensure the customer doesn’t have any questions or concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a total of 30 plus years combined experience in Asphalt Roofing, metal and low slope roofing and general construction knowledge as well as code enforcement
