What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bookkeeping Services: $299/month and up. Whole year discount 10%.
Payroll Services: $85 per month + plus $8.5 per employee.
Individual Tax Preparation (1040s): Starting $295 filing single with one W2, then adding additional fees for each schedule and filing status. Book Summarizing fee is a separated charge.
Business returns (1065, 1120s, 1120, etc. ) starting from $595 and up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen and understand the business through intitial consultation, then send client the proposal. After client approves the proposal, they will send us the paperwork and we can start working on the client's file.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Enrolled Agent license in 2013. Bachelor Degree in Accounting in 2012. Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certificates in 2013 for online and 2020 for desktop.
