FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer structured, transparent pricing based on the type of support your student needs: • Group math courses (Grades 3–10): $180/month • Group English courses (Grades 3–10): $100/month • Private tutoring (Math, English, Bio, Chem, Physics): $230/month for 1x/week or $400/month for 2x/week • SAT/ACT prep: $300/month for 1x/week or $600/month for 2x/week We offer a 10% sibling discount and a 5% same-day sign-up discount to help families save when enrolling more than one student or making a prompt decision. There are no hidden fees—our pricing reflects the full value of our structured curriculum, weekly assessments, and ongoing progress reporting. All families pay upfront to secure their spot, but we offer a FULL refund after the first two lessons if you're not satisfied. Payment is required at sign-up as an insurance policy for scheduling and tutor allocation—but your satisfaction comes first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a live, Zoom consultation to understand your child’s goals and learning needs. After placing them in the best-fit group or private plan, students follow a structured weekly schedule with guided lessons, homework, and progress tracking. The first two sessions are fully refundable if you don’t feel it’s the right fit—no strings attached.
