FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I found that I naturally gravitate towards complex topics that provide constant challenge. I have thrived in the IT/Computer industry as a result.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

One of the most important things when meeting with any Information Technology (IT) consultant is to make sure you understand exactly what they are telling you. Just because they might be using terminology and acronyms that are specific to the computer world, doesn't mean they can't explain it in 'plain English'. In all of my years in this industry I have yet to encounter a technical scenario where a 'plain English' version is not applicable. If you don't understand what someone is talking about, stop them and ask them to speak English.
